The National Masters XC saw some great Rathfarnham WSAF AC medals today. In the Masters race we had Eoin Flynn home in 3rd place (1st O.40), Paul Stephenson 7th, Louis McCarthy 20th and Matthew Kane 24th to bring the team home in the Silver medal position. The Dublin Masters Cross Country Championships in St Anne’s Park Raheny was another great day for the Club with 29 finishers over four Races with many team and age category prizes coming back to Rathfarnham. Well done to Aisling O'Connor who won an Individual silver medal in the Dublin Intermediate Cross Country Championships on a snowy Tymon Park course on Sunday 11th Decwmber 2022. At the Uneven Age Cross Country Championships in Cork on Sunday we had 11 Juveniles representing the Club. At the National Cross Country Championships in Rospenna Golf Course on Sunday 20th November 2022, Carla Sweeney was 26th in the senior ladies race and Sorcha Rea was 81st. In the mens senior race over 10,000m Mitchell Byrne was 22nd and scored on the winning Dublin County team. David Scanlon was 32nd and David Power was 100th out of 173 finishers.&...

Well done to Shane O'Neill who romped home to win the M50 race in the British & Irish Masters Cross Country Championships in Santry on Saturday 19th November 2022. Shane led the Irish team to the silver medal position. Laura McDonnell finished 5th in the F35 race and scored on the Irish team which won the gold medal. Well done to both....
