The club have been engaged with the South Dublin Co. Co. for a number of years regarding the installation of fixed lighting and storage space in the grounds of the Rathfarnham Castle. These lights are to replace our mobile lights which we currently bring over from our clubhouse, and their installation will make the training of our Juvenile members easier and more enjoyable. So far, we have not been successful in our discussions with the council, so we now intend petitioning the council and the area’s county councilors. We are asking all members, parents/guardians, and friends of the Rathfarnham Athletics club to sign our petition.
