At the Clubs annual dinner and awards cermony 2022 on Friday, 3rd February Carla Sweeney won the overall award and was presented with the Tom O'Driscoll trophy by PJ Claffey, Club Events Manager and Dublin Athletics Chairman. Carla had many great performances throughout the year and particularly winning the National Senior 1,500m track final in Morton stadium in July 2022. Carla also won the Senior Ladies award. Other awards won on the night were David Scanlon (Senior), Shane O'Neill (Masters), Laura McDonnell (Masters), for the most improved athletes during 2022 Aisling O'Connor and Caitriona Dowling and Cillian Mc Cabe (Junior).
