Well done to Aisling O'Connor who won an Individual silver medal in the Dublin Intermediate Cross Country Championships on a snowy Tymon Park course on Sunday 11th Decwmber 2022. Suzanne Ryan finished 19th in the same 6,000m race and both made light of the difficult underfoot conditions. In the men's race over 8,000m David Power won the Individual bronze medal. David was followed by Greg Byrne 27th, Luke Howard 28th, Michael Murphy 38th, Dermot Shiels 42nd, Barry Mulvhill 45th and Ronan Byrne 47th.The mens team finished in 5th place, just 5 points from the bronze team medal position. In the last leg of the Dublin Juvenile cross country league Ryan O'Neill had a great win in the Under 17 boys race. The Under 17 Girls also packed well to score some valuable points in the League. The overall league results will be posted on the Dublin Athletics website shortly. Well done to all from the Club who ran very well in very testing soft conditions.
