Sunday was the busiest day of the year so far, with two top class races taking place in Dublin & Waterford, along with the Junior & U23 Indoor Championships in Athlone. There was no doubting it was an action-packed day at the GloHealth Intermediate, Masters, Juvenile B and Inter County Relay Cross Country Championships in Dundalk IT today (January 24). Over 40 runners from the club competed in the Great Ireland Run, which doubled as the AAI National 10km Championships. The 46th EirGrid Dunboyne AC 4 mile road race took place on Sunday, 29th March. The race was won by Mark Christie in 19:10, with Sara Treacy winning the women's race in 21:32.
