Brian Furey once again represented Ireland in the mountains, this time at the 32nd World Mountain Running Championships in Sapareva Banya, Bulgaria. More great news arriving back from Susa in Italy at the World Masters Mountain Running Championships. Donna Mahon grabbed silver to secure the F40 Irish team the 2nd step on the podium. Catriona Jennings won the Donegal Marathon in 2:53 last Sunday in a busy weekend for the Jennings family. Her sister Sinead won the half-marathon, just after returning from the Rio Olympics.
