Congratulations to Sean Hehir who won the 4 mile men’s race in the BHAA Teachers Cross Country at Castleknock College on Saturday. Sean finished the 4 mile course in a time of 20.20, nearly a minute clear of his nearest rival. At yesterday's Dublin Half Marathon in the Phoenix Park, Paul Moran was first home from the Club in 24th and was 1st in the M50 Class in 76.59. At the World Mountain Running Championships in Telfes Austria on 6th Sept. Mark Ryan had a magnificent run to take the bronze medal in the M35 Category.
