Congratulations to Sean Hehir who won the 4 mile men’s race in the BHAA Teachers Cross Country at Castleknock College on Saturday. Sean finished the 4 mile course in a time of 20.20, nearly a minute clear of his nearest rival. He was followed by Terry Clarke (4th O/55 in 26.18), Stuart McCleane (6th O/45 in 26.34), Eric Cullen (7th O/45 in 27.06), Daniel Keogh (7th O/45 in 27.09) and Peter McDermott (2nd O/65 in 29.04). Vanessa Sallier was 8th in the women’s 2 mile race and 3rd O/40 in a time of 14.04. Full results are on the BHAA website. Also on Saturday, Barry Minnock and Mark Ryan were first and second in the Donadea Forest 10k race, in 32.17 and 32.25 respectively. Full results are on the Precision Timing site. Well done to all.
