The Gym Session is on this Thursday 22nd Dec. Meet in Clubhouse at 18.30, followed by hill session. Pace run on Saturday 24th Dec. at 9.00 and 10.00 in Bushy Park. Meet at Children's playground. Sean Hehir finished off the best year of his athletic career by winning the Club Athlete of the Year award and the Tom O'Driscoll trophy at out awards cermony in The Castle last night. Sean won the National Half Marathon title and led the Club team to Senior Gold in the race. He was also 3rd in the National 10k Senior track championships in Santry ...

The Dublin Senior Cross Country is fast approaching and is now just 4 days away now. It will take place in Santry Park (behind Morton Stadium) this Sunday, the 6th of November, with the men's race scheduled to get under way at 3.00 and the ladies race at 2.15.
