The Docklands 8k which is being supported by the Club is fast approaching (June 21st at 7:45 pm) and it looks like it could be fun on the night with music, bbq and beers in Grand Canal Square. Please note that the Plyometrics session returns this Thursday, 5th May in Bushy Park at 18.30. Meet at the children's playground. This is an important aspect of conditioning training and helps keeps the dreaded injuries away. Rathfarnham WSAF AC are this year's sponsor of the Docklands 8k Run along with Brian Crinion a long time member of the Club and his Irish Triathlon team. The Graded Meetings begin in Santry Stadium on Wednesday, April 20th and fortnightly afterwards, dovetailing with the Irishtown Stadium.
