Please  note that the Plyometrics session returns this Thursday, 5th May in Bushy Park at 18.30. Meet at the children's playground. This is an important aspect of conditioning training and helps keeps the dreaded injuries away. All Club athletes and those who aspire to join the Club are invited to come along....

Rathfarnham WSAF AC are this year's sponsor of the Docklands 8k Run along with Brian Crinion a long time member of the Club and his Irish Triathlon team.
