The Dublin Senior Cross Country is fast approaching and is now just 4 days away now. It will take place in Santry Park (behind Morton Stadium) this Sunday, the 6th of November, with the men's race scheduled to get under way at 3.00 and the ladies race at 2.15. We have a full men's team of 12 listed to start: Paul Fleming, Louis McCarthy, Brian Furey, Jason Reid, Jonathan Hughes, Gearoid O'Connor, Clyde Dunne, Sean Hehir, Michael Freeley, Eugene Coakley, Ronan Kearns and Niall Somers. Our ladies team includes Donna Mahon, Eilis Connery, Deirdre O'Tooole, Catherine Devitt and Helen Leonard. Jack McLoughlin runs in the Junior men's race.
For anyone who for whatever reason isn't running this weekend, please try and come to Santry to support your teammates, and spread the word to others. This weekend be the 13th man or 5th lady on the squad which could make the difference between 1st and the minor places. Please try and play your part in this team effort.
