Please note that the Interval training session returns to Bushy Park this Tuesday 29th March at 18.30. Meet beside the childrens' playground. Other training times are in the Training Section. We hope to begin the Thursday Plymetrics session in Bushy Park in a few weeks time....

Training this Thursday 6th January 2011 (meet Clubhouse at 18.30 with a hill session on Spider hill). Training on Saturday 8th (9.00 and 10.30 in Bushy Park - Kids playground - pace run etc.) and Sunday 9th January (8.00 and 9.00 from Clubhouse - long easy runs) as usual. Two training sessions will be held tomorrow, at 9am and 6.30pm, meeting at the clubhouse. The sessions will consist of intervals on adjacent Spider Hill. Circuit training will resume next Thursday January 6th, venue to be confirmed....
