The Gym Session is on this Thursday 22nd Dec. Meet in Clubhouse at 18.30, followed by hill session. Pace run on Saturday 24th Dec. at 9.00 and 10.00 in Bushy Park. Meet at Children's playground. On Monday St. Stephens day, 26th Dec we have our usual Mince Pie run at 10.00 from Clubhouse. For Tuesday 27th Dec. for those who are around, the usual Interval sesssion will take place in Nutgrove Park at 18.30. For those who are off on Tuesday next, we can meet for the Interval session in Bushy Park at 9.00. Meet at Children's playground.
Many congratulations to Lesley Tilson and Ollie O'Neill on the birth of their twin girls. We know they will put their many years of hard training to good use. A happy Christmas and New Year to all Club Members, parents, coaches and supporters and lets looking forward to a successful 2012.
