Well done to everyone who raced off the festive excesses over the past few days. A hardy group of club runners braved the cold wet and windy conditions on St. Stephen’s Day to complete the traditional Rathfarnham Mince Pie Run, an 8k climb from the clubhouse up to Killakee car park. Yesterday's Marlay Parkrun was a featured race for the Club and Rathfarnham athletes filled the first 3 places in the 5k. Congratulations to the club athletes who took braved icy road conditions to take the top positions in the Aware Christmas 10k and 5k races yesterday. At today's Jingle Bells 5k Run in the Phoenix Park, Sean Hehir was our first member home in 7th place in a time of 14.58.
