At the Autumn Open Cross Country races in Abbotstown on Sunday 5th October, our relay team made up by Zoie Richie, David Scanlon, Carla Sweeney and Mitchell Byrne won the senior mixed relay team race out of a field of 10 teams. With 997 finishers out of 1,300 entries, the Club had a record entry of 24 finishers at the Rathfarnham 5k on Sunday 24th September. Well done to Paul Fleming who came third in the M45 1,500m at the National Masters T&F Championships in Tullamore on Saturday 12th August 2023. On the final day of the National Senior Track and Field Championships at Morton Stadium on Sunday 30th July, we won our first national senior 400m relay medal.
