Paul Fleming in action
Well done to Paul Fleming who came third in the M45 1,500m at the National Masters T&F Championships in Tullamore on Saturday 12th August 2023. Louise Cassidy was also 3rd in her W45 800m. race and finished in 2.40.01. Vanessa Sallier was 4th in W50 800m in 3.00 and 4th in the W50 1,500m in 6.18. Clare Shiels was 4th in the W45 1,500m in 5.29. Well done to all.
