At yesterday's Aer Lingus Cross Country over a 5.2 mile course Michael Devine was first Club man home in 29th in 31.53, followed by John McHugh 49th in 33.23, Tony Connelly 79th in 35.47, Daniel Keogh 80th in 35.54, Philip Wright 36.43, Eoin Murray 36.56 and PJ Claffey 40.29. Congratulations to Ronan Kearns and Paul Fleming who both ran season bests in the AIT Indoor Gradeed Meet in Athlone on Saturday night. Ronan competed in the senior men's 800m, finishing in a time of 2.02.71, while Paul ran the 1500m in 4.09.33. Full results are on the AAI website. Well done to both....

Well done to Alan Danagher who came 6th yesterday in the Ras na hEireann Cross Country over a 6k course on the Battle of the Boyne site, Oldbridge, Drogheda. Terry Clarke was 2nd and Eoin Murray in the M55 category. Some results are on the Ras na hEireann website. Well done to all....
