Congratulations to Ronan Kearns and Paul Fleming who both ran season bests in the AIT Indoor Gradeed Meet in Athlone on Saturday night.  Ronan competed in the senior men's 800m, finishing in a time of 2.02.71, while Paul ran the 1500m in 4.09.33.  Full results are on the AAI website.  Well done to both.
