Well done to Sean Hehir who won the Tinyrland 4 mile Road Race yesterday in 19.25. Maria Dolan ran 24.59 in the same race and was 2nd F45. Full results are on the Red Tag timing website. At yesterday's Frank Duffy 10 mile road race in the Phoenix Park there were 15 athletes competing from the club. Congratulations to Paul Fleming, Barry Minnock and Ronan Kearns who competed in the World Masters Outdoor Championships which took place in Lyon from August 4th -16th. The highlight on Day 1, Saturday, of the National Track and Field Championships in Santry Stadium was the men's 10,000m Silver team medal performance. Congratulations to all the athletes who represented the club in the National Half Marathon Championships this morning, which were incorporated in the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Dublin. At last Wednesday's Dublin Athletics Board Graded Track meeting in Tallaght we had some notable performances from Club athletes.
