Congratulations to Paul Fleming who won the M40 5k race in a time of 15.39 at the GloHealth National Masters Track and Field Championships, held in wet and windy conditions in Tullamore yesterday. Barry Minnock was 4th in 15.48. Stuart McCleane was 6th in the 400m M45 race, finishing in a time of 59.92. Full results are on the AAI website. Well done to all.
