On Sunday 4th December, Dublin Athletics Juvenile Leagues came to a conclusion in Tymon Park. In excellent conditions the event was hosted by Rathfarnham AC, held on a superb new course which proved popular with athletes and spectators alike,  the course was designed by Adam Jones. Rathfarnham had many young athletes  tackling the new course. Under 9 Boys saw Ben Mulvihill first into action.U10 Girls Isobel Burge. U11 Girls Eimear Doyle. Under 11 Boys Dara Mulvihill 4th, Fionn Kelly 7th and Simon Comerford. U12 Girls: Alice Hickey 6th, Edel Mc Creery 18th. U13 Girls: Aoife Doyle 15th, Abbey Kelly, Elena Cullen and Aoife Quigley. U13 Boys: Oscar Comerford. U14 Girls: Alannah Fasenfeld 9th, Clodagh Cullen 12th. U17 Boys: Fields Chung 5th. Selection of Final League positions: U/9 Boys: Fionn Mc Glynn 7th. U10 Girls: Philipa Mc Glynn 10th, Isobel Burge 18th, Sophie Maxwell 32nd. U11 Girls:  Eimear Doyle 24th. U11 Boys: Ryan O'Neill 8th, Fionn Kelly 9th, Dara Mulvihill 22nd and Simon Comerford 25th.U12 Girls: Alice Hickey 16th, Edel Mc Creery 20th and Charlotte Burge 23rd. U13 Girls: Aoife Doyle 13th, Abbey Kelly 25th and Elena Cullen 30th. U14 Girls: Alannah Fasenfeld 10th and Clodagh Cullen 14th. Today, Sunday 11th December at the Irish Life Health Cross Country Championships held at Dundalk IT, Rathfarnham had two juvenile U11 Boys representing the club. In a top quality field Ryan O'Neill finished 34th and Dara Mulvihill 79th with  two gutsy brave performances, well done boys!   

Don't forget Juvenile Christmas Party this Wednesday 14th December @ Quaker Hall, Crannagh Hall, Rathfarnham. 6.30pm to 8pm.
