Well done to Shane O'Neill who romped home to win the M50 race in the British & Irish Masters Cross Country Championships in Santry on Saturday 19th November 2022. Shane led the Irish team to the silver medal position. Laura McDonnell finished 5th in the F35 race and scored on the Irish team which won the gold medal. Well done to both....

At the Dublin Cross Country Championships on the City West Campus Course on Sunday 6th Nov., our Juvenile Runners took pride of place and brought home many medals. In the Autumn Open International Cross Country races in Abbotstown on Sunday 16th October Mitchell Byrne was our ownly competitor in the Senior Mens Race over 8k. Mitchel finished 11th in 23.15. Well done to all Club members who competed at the Dublin Graded Meeting No. 7 at Tallaght Athletic Stadium on Wed. 20th July. In the 1,500m B race Aisling O'Connor ran 5.19. The 2019 Spar Autumn Open International Cross Country Festival was held at the National Sports Campus Abbottstown on November 5th. Well done to all 758 finishers of yesterday's Rathfarnham 5k which took place on a mild calm Rathfarnham morning, which was excellent running conditions. There was over 900 entries in total.
