Eoin Flynn capped of a great weekend for the Club by winning the 5k run in Dublin Docklands in 15.51, which shows he is rapidly getting back to form. Mick Bolger completed the Ironman Triathlon in Galway last Sunday in 42nd. in a time of 4.37. This qualifies Mick for next year's World Ironman Triathlon Championships in Las Vegas. John Brennan completed the same event in 4.43 in 62nd. Full results on Galway 70.3 Ironman website. Well done to both....

Sean Hehir was second in the Rochford Tiles 4 mile road race in Tinyrland, Co Carow last night in a PB and Club Record time of 19.03, just 2 seconds behind Brian Maher of KCH. We had 17 finishers in today's Frank Duffy 10 mile road race which was also doubling as the Dublin 10 mile Road Championships for 2011.
