Sonya O'Connell continues to hold her good form by easily winning the ladies 2.5 mile BHAA cross country race at Maynooth College yesterday. Sonya was running for Trinity College and won in 15.32. Sean Hehir clocked up yet another win on the roads this year, when winning the Adare 10k yesterday in a time of 30.39. Sean just missed out on Seamus Power's course record of 30.34. In the senior mens race over a dry 12k course, at today's Inter Clubs CC in Santry, Louis McCarthy had a great run to finish 23rd in 37.37. Kevin Donagher is back running well and was the Club's first finisher at the Rás UCD 5k Run through the Belfield Campus.
