Sean Hehir clocked up yet another win on the roads this year, when winning the Adare 10k yesterday in a time of 30.39. Sean just missed out on Seamus Power's course record of 30.34. Sean also won this race in 2011. Paddy Hamilton, Annadale Striders was 2nd in 30.42. This was a great run for Sean as he is currently doing big mileage, in preparation for the Rotterdam Marathon.
