At Wednesday's Graded meeting in Ringsend Stadium Sean Hehir was 3rd in the Dublin Championships 10,000m in a time of 30.15 which was a PB for Sean. Johnathan Hughes was 9th in the same race in a time of 33.22, also a PB. In the 200m Stuart Mc Cleane ran 26.01. At the Great Limerick Run series last Sunday 6th May, in the 6 mile run Ciara Hassett ran 39.19 to come home 45th overall and 7th lady. Jackie Sullivan ran 49.52 in her first race for a long time. At todays RTE 5 mile road race Sean Hehir ran toe to toe with David Campbell (UCD) for most of the race to be run out in a sprint finish, to come second in 24.37.   On a wet and windy evening around the streets of Dublin City centre yesterday, Barry Minnock had a great run to win the Samsung 10k in a time of 31.19. Second was Sean Hehir in 31.49 and third was Paul Stephenson in 33.24. Willie Morris was 16th in 36.19. Full results on Precision Timing website. Well done to all....

At a very wet and windy Santry track on Wednesday last Gerard Claffey had a gutsy run in the 800m B Grade to come home second in 2.05. Pearse Coyle ran 2.16 in his Grade. Well done to both.
