Sean Hehir is well on his way back and set a course record of 24.26 in winning the Kinsale Regatta 5 mile road race on a windy night. Sean's time was also a Club record. Second was Cathal O'Donovan, St. Finbarrs in 25.38. Full results on Running in Ireland website....

At last Wednesday's Morton Mile meeting in Santry, where 10 runners broke the 4 minute barrier for the mile, David Scanlon ran 4.47 in the Junior Mile to finish 9th. This was a PB for David by over 8 seconds and demonstrates the improvement he has  made over the past year. Full results are on the Morton Games website....

On Thursday 19th July Sean Hehir won the St. James's Hospital 6.5k Fun Run around the streets of South City Centre of Dublin a run which started and finished in The Royal Hospital Kilmainham.
