Sean Hehir is well on his way back and set a course record of 24.26 in winning the Kinsale Regatta 5 mile road race on a windy night. Sean's time was also a Club record. Second was Cathal O'Donovan, St. Finbarrs in 25.38. Full results on Running in Ireland website.
