Last Sunday Sean Hehir came 3rd in the Enniscorty 10k Road Race in a time of 30.27. Edwin Keville was 26th in 35.56 and Helen Ingram was 130th and 2nd O.50 in 43.31. Full results on Slaney Olympic AC website. Well done to all....

At yesterday's National Intermediate Cross Country Championships in Derry over a very muddy 8k course, our first Club member home was Paul Stephenson in 11th place. Pride of the day at the Leinster Indoors yesterday was David Scanlon's front running tactics to easily win the Senior 3k. David still only a Junior led from the 2k mark and was never caught. Well done to all Club athletes who ran in the Irish Universities IUAA Indoor Championships on the new Indoor track in Athlone on Friday last.
