Sean Hehir continues to run well after his Dublin Marathon second place, by winning the Noel McGuill 6k Cross Country race in Dunleer this morning. His time was 18.57. Aaron Hanlon from Clonliffe Harriers AC was second in 19.17. The full results are on the Dunleer Athletic Club website. Well done Sean....

Well done to Alan Danagher for running 15.56 over the 3 mile leg of the Irish Universities Road Relays at Maynooth College today. Alan was running for the DCU C team. Well done to Paul Fleming who ran very well in the International Masters Cross Country in Queens University Playing Fields in Belfast on Saturday last. Paul won a Gold medal on the Irish Over 35 team, in coming 17th overall and was 4th Irish scorer. He ran the 8k course in 27.52. At yesterday's Bank of Ireland sponsored BHAA Beach race on Dollymount Strand over a 5.6k course Gearoid O'Connor was first home for the Club in 6th position in 21.04. We had some great runs by Club athletes at today's Cross Country Championships in Santry over a very wet testing course after the morning's rain. In the Junior men's 4k race we had David Scanlon (7th) and Laurance Boran (14th), along with Mitchel Byrne (3rd.) from WSAF AC. Sonya O'Connell came 5th and ran very strongly in the senior ladies 6k race....Page 92 of 185
