Congratulations to Ronan Kearns who finished 3rd in the O35 800m at the British Masters Indoor Championships in London on Sunday. Ronan's time of 2.02.08 was a season best for the distance. Full results are available on the British Masters Athletic Federation website....

Yesterday the BHAA AIB NUI Maynooth cross country races were held on the Maynooth College Campus over a flat course. At todays Kinvara, Co Galway Half Marathon Brian Furey came 3rd in 75.52. The full results are on the Kinvara Rock and Road Half Marathon and 10k website.
