Well done to Maria Dolan who was 1st O/45 in a PB of 63.14 in the Ballycotton 10 Mile Road Race yesterday. Derek Bain finished in 64.46 and Micheal Murphy ran 68.16. On Saturday 15th February Lawrence Boran and Gerard Claffey ran in the heats of the 800m. at the National Senior Track Championships in Athlone. Lawrence ran 2.08.8 in his heat, while Gerard ran 2.11.1 in his heat. Today in the 3,000m final Mitch Byrne was 14th in 8.48 and Robert Murphy was 15th in 9.01. On Friday last two Club athletes competed for their Colleges at the Irish Universities Indoor Championships in Athlone.
