On Saturday 15th February Lawrence Boran and Gerard Claffey ran in the heats of the 800m. at the National Senior Track Championships in Athlone. Lawrence ran 2.08.8 in his heat, while Gerard ran 2.11.1 in his heat. Today in the 3,000m final Mitch Byrne was 14th in 8.48 and Robert Murphy was 15th in 9.01.
