David Scanlon finished a fine 7th in the Boys U19 race on a very tough course in Marley Park and qualified for the National Championships in December. He was followed home by Ian Rankin (17th), Stephen Gaffney (20th), Sean Hayes (24th) and James Vickery (26th). Both Oisin McGrath and Andrew Wall ran strongly in the Boys U17 race.
