Well done to Sean Hehir who won the Tinyrland 4 mile Road Race yesterday in 19.25. Maria Dolan ran 24.59 in the same race and was 2nd F45. Full results are on the Red Tag timing website. At yesterday's Frank Duffy 10 mile road race in the Phoenix Park there were 15 athletes competing from the club. The highlight on Day 1, Saturday, of the National Track and Field Championships in Santry Stadium was the men's 10,000m Silver team medal performance. At last Wednesday's Dublin Athletics Board Graded Track meeting in Tallaght we had some notable performances from Club athletes. At last Wednesday's Graded track meeting in Santry we had some fine performances from our athletes. In the 100m Daryl Fanagan ran 12.57.
