Sean Hehir continued his good form by coming 4th in Sunday's Raheny 5 in a personal best time of 24.29 which is also a Club record. Donna Mahon continues her strong form by easily winning the ladies BHAA cross country over 2 miles in Cherryfield yesterday. Annette Kealy from Raheny was second. We had some great performances in the Dublin Masters Cross Country Championships in Raheny today with the ladies team winning the Dublin Championships and the men's team taking the silver medal. We had 20 Club runners in yesterdays BHAA Cross country over a very heavy Tymon Park - 14 men and 6 ladies. Best results were achieved by the ladies over a 2 mile course. The adventure event took place on Jan 7th 2011 starting 12.00 midnight on Friday 7th and finishing in the early hours of Saturday 8th. Jan.
