At last night's BHAA Floodlit Cross Country around the rugby fields in Malahide the ever improving Denis Everett was first home for the Club in 15th place in a time of 20.44. Well done to Alan Danagher who came 9th in the Streets of Portlaoise 5k road race on Sunday 17th March in a time of 16.37. David Danagher came 61st in 19.31. Full results on Precision Timing website. Well done to all from the Club who ran in yesterday's St. Patrick's 5k Festival Run around the streets of Dublin City Centre. First home was Louis McCarthy (7th in 15.31), who led Shane O'Neill (17th in 16.10 & 2nd O.40), Niall Lynch (20th in 16.13) and David Scanlon (22nd & 1st Junior in 16.17) to team victory for Rathfarham. At the second running of the Parkrun 5k, over the Marlay Park paths and trails Willie Morris was 7th in 17.45. Clare Sullivan was 1st lady home in 18.47 and was 13th overall. Yesterday the BHAA AIB NUI Maynooth cross country races were held on the Maynooth College Campus over a flat course. In the mens 4 mile race Sean Doyle was first home for the Club in 32nd with a time of 24.38.
