At the Navan AC 6k Road Race on Friday night 10th May Terry Clarke was 40th in 23.29. Terry was also 2nd O.55. Philip Wright was 59th in 24.08 and 1st O.60. Report from Tallaght AC 5k Road Race, Sunday 5th May 2013. At yesterday's Tallaght AC 5k road race, the club secured a great double winning both the Senior Men's and Women's races. The first Dublin Athletic Board Graded meeting was held at Tallaght Stadium last night. In the 800m Stuart McClane ran 2.08, Lawrence Boran also ran 2.08 and John Hogan ran 2.26. At yesterday's RTE 5 mile road race Ronan Kearns was 4th in 26.19, Colm Murray 27th in 28.45, Maria Dolan (4th lady and 1st O.40) in 30.14, Tom Cuddy 30.25, Philip Wright 33.31, Laura Flynn 34.49 and PJ Claffey 36.27. Full results on BHAA website. Well done to all who ran....

The Irish Universities Track and Field National Championships took place at the Mardyke Track in Cork on Friday and Saturday. The best performance by a Club member was by Stephen Gaffney, representing UCD, when winning bronze in the Long Jump with a jump of 6.70m and running the 4th leg on the UCD 4X100m team which took bronze as well.
