Stephen Gaffney continued his progress today at the National Junior Track & Field Championships in Tullamore. In the Long Jump he jumped a PB by 20 cm. At last Wednesdays Graded meeting which doubled up as the Dublin T&F Championships we had some great performances from the Club. In the Mens 1,500m Mitchell Byrne (WSAF AC) ran 4.02, closely followed by Paul Fleming (4.03), Louis McCarthy (4.05), Pearse Coyle (4.27) and John McCabe (4.56).
