At last Wednesday's BHAA run around the rubgy fields at Malahide Rugby Club, over a 5.2 course under floodlights, we had three Club runners. First home for the Club was John McHugh 39th in 20.50, followed by Terry Clarke 55th in 21.39 and Philip Wright 69th in 22.52. Full results on BHAA website. Well done to all....

Paul Fleming has shown some great form on the Indoors this year. He clocked up another win in the 1,500m (M35 category) in a time of 4.08 at the British Masters Athletic Federation Indoor Champs. in Lee Valley. We had good representation in the Streets of Dublin 5k today, starting and finishing at the Mansion House, travelling from Baggot St to Leeson St and back. Barry Minnock is getting back to good form at the moment when winning todays Craughwell 10 mile road race in a time of 52.36. This was a great run for Barry, in his first road race for a while and was just 2 seconds ahead of Michael Shannon from Kilnaboy AC.
