In the European Cross Country Championships today Sean Hehir had another great run to finish in 52nd place, over a 9.88k snow covered cross country course. Sean was the 5th scorer on the Irish team which came 7th. A short report on today's races are on the AAI website. Well done to Sean. Sean with his Irish Team mates before his race....

Paul Stephenson showed today that this is his season on the cross country by coming third in the National Novice Cross Country in Adamstown, Co. Wexford. In today's Aware 10k in the Phoenix Park Louis McCarthy was 7th in 33.39, Brian Furey 11th in 34.42, John Farrelly 22nd in 37.26 and Mike Long 62nd in 40.46. The full results are on the Irish Independent website. Well done to all....

In today's Donore Harriers sponsored 5k road race in the Phoenix Park we had 17 running from the Club.
