We had 3 club members in last Monday's Mini marathon over a 10k course. Vanessa Sallier ran 42.15 to finish 54th, Helen Ingram ran 43.01 to finish 66th and was first O.55, Lorraine Nolan ran 44.03 and finished 78th. Full results on Womens Mini Marathon website. Well done to all....

Well done to Brian Coleman who won the Sky Road 10k Road race in Cliften last Sunday in a time of 37.47. Grainne McAdam was 16th and 4th lady in a time of 43.29. Full result s on Visitconnemara.com website. Well done to Brian and Grainne....

We had some excellent performances in last Wednesday's Graded Meeing in Ringsend. In the 800m Willie Morris ran 2.07, Terry McConnon 2.15 and John McCabe and Owen McLoughlin were neck and neck at 2.16. Eoin Flynn continued his good form of late by coming 2nd. in last nights BHAA 5m road race in Dunboyne, in a time of 25.14.
