At today's Dublin Novice Cross Country our first finisher home was Jason Reid in 6th place. Jason was followed by the ever improving Shane O'Neill in 11th, John Brennan 25th, Greg Byrne 45th and Gerard Claffey 60th. Amy Cooke ran well in the Ladies race to finish in 30th. The men's team finished in 5th place out of 12 teams. Full results ...

Joe Sweeny, DSD AC won todays Rathfarnham 5k Run in a time of 14.16, Sean Hehir, Rathfarnham WSAF AC was 2nd in 14.50 and Tommy Evans, Gowran AC was 3rd. in 14.58. Aoife Culhane (nee Byrne), DSD AC won the ladies race in 16.41, Annette Kealy Raheny Shamrocks AC was 2nd in 16.50 and Aoife Talty Raheny Shamrocks AC was 3rd in 16.54. Full results are ...

At todays Half Marathon in the Phoenix Park Barry Minnock was first home for the Club in 4th with a time of 70.07 and was also 1st O.35. Next came Paul Fleming in 73.07 (9th and 2nd. At todays World Masters Mountain Running Championships we had silver medal winning performances from Zoe Melling, Vanessa Sallier and Maria Dolan on the F40 Irish team and a silver for John Brennan on the M40 Irish team.
