The Mince Pie Run for those who over do the Christmas festivities or those who just like a good hard run is upon us again.Starting from the clubhouse at 10 AM on St. Stephens Day, followed by lots of carbo loading. Hope to see you all there....

The Trinity track meeting that was due to be held this evening thursday the 14th of May is cancelled due to the condition of the grass track after overnight rain.Check the BHAA. website for more information....

The Leinster Masters Road Race in being held in Gowran Co. Kilkenny on Monday the 4th of May which is next Monday .The Ladies Race starts at 2pm and it's three to score but I am not sure how many to score on the County team . Ladies please contact Helen at

Just a short note to tell everybody that the Master Mens trial for the National Road Relays scheduled for next Tuesday in Nutgrove Park at 7 O`Clock has been switched to The Castle Park in Rathfarnham village across the road from the clubhouse. We will meet in the clubhouse at 6 30 and the trial will start at 7 O`Clock....
