Please  note that the Plyometrics session returns this Thursday, 5th May in Bushy Park at 18.30. Meet at the children's playground. This is an important aspect of conditioning training and helps keeps the dreaded injuries away. All Club athletes and those who aspire to join the Club are invited to come along....

Rathfarnham WSAF AC are this year's sponsor of the Docklands 8k Run along with Brian Crinion a long time member of the Club and his Irish Triathlon team. Training this Thursday 6th January 2011 (meet Clubhouse at 18.30 with a hill session on Spider hill). Training on Saturday 8th (9.00 and 10.30 in Bushy Park - Kids playground - pace run etc.) and Sunday 9th January (8.00 and 9.00 from Clubhouse - long easy runs) as usual.
