Congratulations to Louis McCarthy who was appointed Senior Men’s Club Captain last night by Coaching Manager Adam Jones. Louis will take over from his predecessor Jason Reid, and continue the good work in developing and motivating the senior squad and helping the club reach its full potential. We wish Louis all the best in his new role and look forward to great achievements in 2014.

Congratulations to Adam Jones who was conferred with a Diploma in Exercise and Health Fitness with First Class Honours at the University of Limerick today. Adam also received a Certificate in Exercise and Health Fitness three years ago, and has been putting his qualifications to good use in his role as Coaching Manager at Rathfarnham WSAF. A few photos of Adam's graduation are in the gallery.
