Members at the Irish Runner 5 mile road championships in the Phoenix Park
We had 9 Rathfarnham WSAF AC athletes representing the club at the Irish Runner 5 Mile Race in the Phoenix Park on Sunday 23rd June 2024 which incorporated the National 5 Mile Championships. First home was Colm Murray 29:41, followed by Dermot Shiels 29:50, Tom Cuddy 31:38 (Ind silver medal 
O/65), Martin Kelly 32:38, Donna Mahon 35:19 (team bronze 
O/50), Vanessa Sallier 37:36 (team bronze O/50), Maria Brennan 39:12 (team bronze O/50), Zoe Melling 40:21 and Jackie Kingston 43:33. Well done to all.
Well done to our track stars who ran on the track recently. Carla Sweeney ran 2.06 in the 800m at the UCD track meeting on Wednesday 19th June and Lee Byrne ran 1.55.11 at the BMC Meeting in Loughborough on Saturday June 22nd.
