At the Leinster Track & Field Championships in Tullamore over 25 - 26 May 2024, we had several excellent performances. In the senior 5000m Daire Sullivan won the silver medal in 15.46. Isabelle Doyle won bronze in the senior 200m in 26.87 and was 6th in the 100m in 12.39. In the 1,500m Paul Fleming was first in M45 category in 4.35 and Vanessa Sallier was third in W50 in 6.00. Well done to Lee Byrne who ran 1.54.53 for the 800m at the BMC Meeting at the Sportscity Grand Prix in Manchester on Saturday 25th May 2024. Lee is in great form at the moment and this run follows his bronze medal run at the Dublin Championships at the Graded Meeting in Tallaght on Wednesday last 22nd May.
