Well done to all Rathfarnham athletes who ran in the Dublin Graded Meeting 3 in Tallaght Athletic Stadium on Wednesday 22 May 2024 over 400m and 1 mile. The highlight of the night was Lee Byrne winning a bronze medal in the Dublin Championships 400m in 51.47. Sarah Murphy ran 63.83 in her 400m, while Orla Murray ran 79.14 and Vanessa Sallier ran 83.82. In the mile Niamh Ryan ran 6.29 in her first Graded meeting. In the men's mile Shane O'Nell ran 5.01 in his first race back after injury. Jonathan Hughes ran 5.07, John McCauley 5.20, Richard Pollitt 5.21 and Dermot Shiels 5.23. Isabel Mullarney won the Shot Putt with a 9.11m throw. Orla Murray was 3rd with 5.79m and Vanessa Sallier 4th. with 5.59m. Full results are on http://live.dublinathletics.com/menu.html.
