At the National 5k Road Championships in the Phoenix Park on Sunday 19th May 2024 we had 10 competitors. Our Mens 35 + team won the national bronze medal and was made up by Kevin Donagher (15.42), Paul Fleming (16.26) and Dermot Shiels (17.43). They were followed by Michael Murphy (18.17), Aisling O'Connor (18.19), Colm Murray (18.19), Laura Ryan (18.36), Edwin Keville (19.15), Martin Kelly (19.45) and Vanessa Sallier (21.31). Our Women's team (Aisling, Laura, Vanessa) were 7th and our Men's 50+ team (Dermot, Colm, Edwin) were 6th. Well done to all.
